Responsible for supervising, coordinating with the Kitchen Crew and continuously ensuring the standard of foods are maintained. To ensure the costs of production are kept at a minimum, uphold proper maintenance of kitchen and high standards of cleanliness.

  • Secondary School Certificate (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia)
  • Certificates of Culinary Skill are an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year cookery experience in local / franchise restaurant.

Additional

Well groomed and hygienic.

Positive attitude, flexible with an outgoing personality.

Good knowledge of English language is an advantage.

Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
