Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all activities of outlet personnel, for continuously improving outlets sales while keeping cost at a minimum, for ensuring the lodge standards of food and beverages preparation and service are maintained, for the operation, cleanliness and maintenance of outlets.
- Minimum of SPM or High School Certificate (Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia)
- Work experience in a similar position in Food & Beverage industry for 2-3 years.
- Computer literacy skills are an added advantage.
Good leadership skills/ Good training conducting skills/ Strong organisation skills.
